Mince garlic and onion in food processor. Add minced clams and juice, cream cheese, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. blend well. Serve with fresh vegetables or chips.
Shrimp Dip 1 pint sour cream 4 oz cream cheese, softened 2 Tblsp onion, minced 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic 1 can shrimp, well drained & chopped
Mince garlic clove and onion in food processor. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce and mix. remove from food processor and stir in shrimp. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Serve with vegetables or chips.
Spinach Dip 1 pkg frozen, chopped spinach 1/2 cup chopped scallions 1/2 cup finely minced parsley 2 cups Hellman's or best foods mayonnaise 1 tsp salt 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Thaw spinach and squeeze out liquid. Mix all ingredients together and chill for 24 hours.
Vegetable Dip 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 Tblsp lemon juice 1/2 cup chopped parsley 1 Tblsp grated onion 2 Tblsp chopped chives 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp paprika 1/8 tsp curry powder 1 minced garlic clove
Mix all ingredients togetehr and chill for several hours (3 hours or more) or overnight. Makes 2 cups.
Crabmeat Dip 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 1 clove garlic, minced 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup cream 2 tsp lemon juice 1 cup crabmeat, flaked dash salt & pepper
Beat cream cheese, gradually adding cream until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill several hours. Serve with fresh vegetables or chips.
Rosy Shrimp Dip 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 1 cup mayonnaise 3 Tblsp chili sauce 2 Tblsp lemon juice 1 small onion, grated 1 lb tiny shelled cooked shrimp
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice and onion. Blend until well mixed. Fold in shrimp. Chill. Keeps in refrigerator, covered, for up to 2 days.
Mixed minced garlic with sour cream and add the curry powder and chopped parsley. Blend well. Add remaining spices. Blend and chill the mixture at least 4 hours, or overnight. Makes 1 cup.
Garden Vegetable Dip 1 green pepper, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1 bunch scallions,sliced 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tsp dry mustard 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper
Blend all ingredients well. Chill several hours. Serve with fresh vegetables.
Blue Cheese Dip 2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened 1 (3 oz) pkg blue cheese garlic salt onion salt Worcestershire sauce light cream
Allow cheeses to soften at room temperature. Blend cheeses thorouoghly. Add garlic, salt, onion salt and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Add light cream until mixture is of desirede consistency. Chill several hours. Makes 12 servings.
Curry Dip 1 pint mayonnaise 3 Tblsp chili sauce 3 tsp curry powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 Tblsp garlic powder 1 Tblsp grated onion with juice 1 Tblsp Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients together and chill well. Keeps indefinitely int he refrigerator. Especially good with raw vegetables.
